24 Hour Care

24 HOUR CARE

We find that sometimes people need a more intensive level of support and care; this can be either on a short-term or a long-term basis. A comprehensive assessment will help you to identify the exact nature – we will support you to identify where interventions are most needed so that you can achieve your desire outcomes.

You may be recovering from illness, or a serious injury, or you may have an ongoing medical condition that requires constant surveillance.

Our response will always depend on your needs. Typically, it will be one of the following options:

  • A day sitting service for a few hours to support you with daily living activities and organising how to manage the remainder of the day when you are by yourself.
  • A live-in service with someone living in your home, to give you complete peace of mind.
  • A team of Care Support Workers, providing twenty-four hour cover – 8 hours per shift. The same people will be allocated to you normally, so they are likely to form a kind of extended family for you.
  • A night support service, giving you a Care Support Worker at your home every night.
