The aim of our service is to provide care as it should be to support people whether in their places of residence, employment, leisure or treatment centres in a manner that enhances their quality of life and personal dignity.
Our objective is to help reduce social isolation, reduce the need for unnecessary hospital admission and enhance well-being.
To achieve this, we will:
Employ and train skilled support workers to enable the people supported by us to achieve their optimum state of health and wellbeing.
Treat all people supported by us and all people who work for us with respect at all times.
Uphold the human rights of all who work for us, receive service from us or are come in contact with our service.
Support individual choices and personal decision making of all the people we support.
Respect and encourage the right of independence for all the people we support.
Recognise the individual uniqueness of the people we support, staff and visitors and treat them with respect and dignity at all times.
Respect individuals` requirements for privacy at all times and treat all information relating to individuals in a confidential manner.
Recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and offer individualised programmes of meaningful activities to satisfy the need of all the people we support.
